I have got 6400 rank in KIITEE, can I get any of CSE OR CSE&communication OR CSE&system OR IT branch?

For CSE chances are less but you can get CSE with communication or system or even you can go for IT. Scope of CSE and IT in future is almost same so you can go with it.
