NEET entrance test is a pre-medical entrance test for those students who want to be a doctor in future.
For the entrance test, there are some criteria:-
A PCB student who have 50% marks they can join the test.
A student who is from the general category they need 50% and for st/sc candidates 40% and is for PH candidates 45% of marks is required.
You need to pass in physics, chemistry, biology and English for NEET.
And here you have more than 50% marks in PCB and aggregate 62% marks in 12th so you are definitely eligible for NEET entrance exam.

Eligibility Criteria
To fulfill the NEET eligibility criteria 2018, candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually.
The candidates belonging to General Category should score a aggregate minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in their Class 12 or HSC examination.
Candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC) should score a aggregate minimum of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in their Class 12 or HSC examination.
Therefore yes you are eligible for NEET.
