I have got 65% on class 12 will i get any govt engg collage ...

I had seen your comments.

And also there is no college,  which will give admission with  class 12 marks.  You need to take JEE or your state entrance exams. And for wbjee, you need to get below 1500 rank.

It's  really difficult to get any government engineering colleges on the basis of 12th boards marks.You need to give entrance exams like jee mains and advanced to get any government college.For state government engineering colleges you need to give that state's engineering entrance exam.

yes but you need to score under 1000 rank in it to get jadavpur university
