I have got 66% in PCM and 66% in HSC Board exam.so whats the cutoff for b pharmacy

The admission process has already started. I hope you have registered for the same. As of now, 2 rounds have been carried out for admissions.

You can look for cutoffs of the previous years as well as of the first two rounds of this year at the following site,

Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, Ladies-L, State-S, etc), category (Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc) and also based on home or other universities.

If you have been allotted a college in the first two rounds then it is great otherwise, you can wait for the seat matrix available for the third round and look for your chances of getting this college.
