Yes you can get admission  in commerce  at Mumbai when you  got 66% marks in board.

As you have passed 10th boards. SO You are independent to choose any stream.

But different schools have different criteria for alloting stream to student like.Just like consider a school who takes admission on basis of merit list like above 75% science below 75% Commerce or humanity….
