i have got 66..7% marks in 12th bihar board 2020 ...so am i eligible for jee mains 2021 and my catagory is OBC

Dear Candidate,

In order to get admission in IITs, NITs & IIITs, You should have minimum 75% in 10+2  as a general category & 65% as SC, ST category or you should be in top 20 percentile. Officially there is no any minimum marks eligibility mention so you can apply but you are not eligible to apply in IITs, NITs, IIITs.

Hello there,
The eligibility criteria for JEE Main states that-
The candidates should have passed their 10+2 level with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology/Biotechnology as main subjects. For IITs and NITs you need a minimum of 75% in your 10+2, and for the other colleges, the minimum aggregate may vary. If you fulfill this criteria, you are eligible for JEE Main 2021.

Hello Anshu,

To be eligible for JEE Main, you need to score minimum 75% score (if you belong to open category) or must be in the top 20 percentile of your State board (Bihar Board included) for admission into IITs, NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs.

So coming up to your question,then it's a simple States if your are in the top 20 percentile of your State board (Bihar Board ) , then you are eligible.
