i have got 68000 crl rank and 18600 rank in obc category. For admission in hbtu which rank would be considered?

Hello Shobit!!
As you are from obc category then first priority will be your obc rank list but if you are not supposed to provide your category certificate at the time of counselling then they will allot branch according to your crl rank.
