Hey,

With 682 marks, you may get a rank between 20-88. You can check it here https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank

Since this is the first time admission in AIIMS is being done through NEET, it is difficult to say about chances in AIIMS currently. But since you have a double digit rank, you can expect getting a seat AIIMS.

Based on previous year cut off, you will surely get a government seat in top medical college under 15% All India Quota. Some of the colleges in which you will get a seat are-

  • Maulana Azad Medical College
  • VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital
  • UCMS, Delhi
  • Seth GS Medical College, Mumbai

To get a complete list of colleges in which you will get a MBBS seat, you can use NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
