I have got 70000 rank in Jee Main and ews rank 8800. Which Nit or IIIT can i get?

With your mentioned rank you have negligible chances of getting any NITs or GFTIs even with your category rank, however with domicile certificate you might get newer NITs ( NIT Uttarakhand NIT Arunachal Pradesh NIT Meghalaya etc).
