Yes you can but only in spot round.The mechanical branch of YMCA is very reputed.The package goes as high as 20LPA.Last year Daikin Mcqain gave this package.You should fill the spot round form after the councelling process.The form will be of 1000 rs.And you should be present in the physical councelling.The physical councelling will also be of 2-3 days.You should also try for the CS branch there.Well if you are lucky you might also get mech. in the third round of councelling.Hope this helps.For further queries you can contact me.

Josaa-NIT delhi (electrical),IIIt vadodara,kota,NIT kurukshetra,NIT goa,NIT jalandhar,IIIt sonipat.
Jac delhi- DTU spot round,NSIT spot round.
Jac chandigarh-PEC(punjab engineering college- IIT level college.you should try for lower branches there.)
There are many other colleges but first tell me your home state and 12 th passing state.

Not IIT its IIIT it comes under josaa.These are below NIT.And you should get NIT delhi in CSAB spot round.

CSAB don't depend on thr cutoff.It depends on the students who apply to the particular college. YMCA spot round will start on 9th august .Be sure to check on the ymca website .Trust me you will get mech in ymca.The cutoff specified on the website you told me is of the third or second round.The final cutoff is not published on the hstes and career 360 site .I personally attended the spot round last yr.My rank was 82 k.I got electrical in NIT delhi and IT in iiit vadodara in CSAB spot round but i took DCRUST murthal CS in HSTES.I did my 12 th from chandigarh so i got the home state advantage in nit delhi.

What u are from Chandigarh so why are u looking for HS(home State) as Chandigarh is not in Delhi...So tell me the meaning of HS and OS.Are u from General category or OBC
For josaa the place where you completes your 12th class counts as HS and for level colleges the place where you live counts as HS.And i from OBC.My gen rank was 82 k.And as for chandigarh,it is a union territory so delhi acts as home state and you get home state quota in nit delhi.You will get home state quota in nit kurukshetra.

Ok please tell me the prefrence order of HSTES.I want CS THEN IT THEN MECH
Only three colleges are worth taking in hstes.YMCA then DCRUST and then GJU .You should not try for rest of the colleges.You are highly likely to get cs in GJU first according to your rank.It is an average college.YMCA and DCRUST are treated equally.But i would suggest you to go for YMCA because in recent years ymca has seen huge growth in placement scenarios and new companies are coming for recruitment such as amazon.But the campus of ymca is no where near dcrust as it is about 20 times smaller than dcrust.

I mean if you know programming or coding or you want to go for govt. jobs.Because a whole lpt of students take admissions in dcrust for preparation of ssc and other exams.They are just here for the degree.After all both ymca and dcrust are not at the level of NITs.

No I will not go for govt. Jobs.Only BTECH in my fav. Stream CS and then MECHGJU seems lower rated college then YMCA AND DCRUST.I want a reputed college.

I attended the spot round last yr.There were 3 rounds .One on 9 then on 13 and 15.After 9 th i got cs in murthal so i didn't attended the rest.
Sorry but you will not get a college in IPU for this rank.
I got 4728 rank in IPU but still i got a lower ranked college in ipu.There is 85% quota for delhi students for colleges in delhi.So is very for outsiders to get a good colg in delhi.

Bhia there are 2many colleges under CSAB. Please tell me the ones which are reputed and under my reach.And why u have not taken NIT at ur time??? Any branch of NIT level is of worth successful......I think...!!
NIT delhi is a new so when i checked on quora or some other sites the placement was not very good and also i was getting electrical there so i chose dcrust.
You should fill iiit sonipat,iiit kota,nit delhi,nit kurukshetra.These are the ones i know of.And one thing if you get seat in csab round your money will not be refunded by any means so please consult someone before filling choices.

So apply only in the special round.You can apply in csab even if you havnt in the normal josaa councelling.But just for confirmation please read the brochure of josaa and csab round.You can check the information on any site.

Hi brother...I saw a YouTube video and there he told that josaa was not the one who conducts the special round or u can say spot round, If I am right..So please solve this confusion...!!I have not filled CSAB so am I not eligible for YMCA spot rounds...???

Josaa doesnt conduct special round.It is conducted by CSAB which is independent from josaa.And you are aligible in spot round of ymca and csab also.

This is the info regarding CSAB I have found.Registration will start in fourth week of July.Please confirm me and also the registration fee.
Sorry i can't confirm it.But yes you have to fill seperate choices for csab round.
If you want more information search for csab brochure on net.You might find last year's brochure.

Your both ranks will be considered.I clarified that earlier but since you asked let me do again.There are 10 seats reserved for obc and 2-3 i think for sc in every branch of college.So first your obc rank will be compared to all the obc students applying for that branch in that particular college.If you don't get a seat in that then your rank general rank will be compared to general students.That's how it goes.Please check the hstes site for last year's cutoffs.You can easily get cs in gju.I advice you to take that if you don't get your desired college.Please fill that choice.

I can advice you to wait for the councelling.Nothing can be done at the moment.If you are really serious then drop a year.These are the only teo options.But first wait till spot round of every councelling.Tou can get gju and even ymca also.

There is no comfirmation thst the spot round will go in for 3 days.It depends on the number of seats that will be vacant after the normal councelling.And you have to pay rs 1000 just one time.

To be honest i don't know the way to get to these colleges.Use google maps and ask the locals .This will help you.I fid the same.
As for YMCA there is a direct metro from delhi bus stand.

Go for GJU .Don't go for ch ranbir singh and mdu.Honestly i have not heard the name of ch ranbir college.
Only murthal ymca and gju are worth taking.Everything else you can consider as trash.

Bro I also heard about Krukshetra. It is good And I have got MDU allotment letter....u told me late not to fill it...
Well you should MDU as a back up.Wait for the spot rounds of dcrust gju and ymca.Most probably you will get a seat in gju.Trust me.

Personally I don't like to be in depth of haryana as I don't like and understand their language.So I wanted Krukshetra instead of GJU as it is in hisar.
