Dear Aspirant,
As the category is not mentioned for a
general
category you might not be able to get into IIITs as the cutoff might not meet in your case, however, you have a decent chance in some state level colleges in the state counselling and some colleges in the GFTI category in Josaa counselling too.
Some colleges you can get are:

Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya Haridwar

For scoring 74 percentile in JEE mains 2020 under the open category it Avery tough to get a seat in government NIT, IIIT. But you can actually try your luck in your home NiT so that you may have a chance to get a seat under hope cota. Also, you can apply for state counseling so that you have a good chance to get a seat in your top local colleges in your desired branch.

As you have not stated your category and your state I'm gonna answer this on a General perspective
As per your rank you won't be eligible for any IITs, NITs or GFTIs but I'll recommend you to try for state level counseling like Odisha, Maharastra, MP etc. You'll be eligible for admission in private universities and colleges.
