I have got 74k all India rank with462 marks. My karnataka state rank is 2766.can i get govt seat in private medical college?

Dear Shravya , with these marks you have chances of getting a government college too. Your state Karnataka , usually have very low cutoffs. According to last year's data , the cutoff was 368 for two colleges ESI Post Graduate Institute of Medical sciences and research , Bangalore and Kodagu institute of medical sciences , madikeri. These two colleges had 368 as the cutoff. Since your marks are much more than that , so you have a great chance of getting a government seat.
