i have got 75% in pcm in 12 class so can i am elligible to take admission in du south campus

According to the eligibility criteria, you are eligible for applying for admission. There is however no guarantee of seats because cut offs usually go very high (some where in 92-96% range depending upon the course) and seats do get filled in a short time. You can wait till last round. Please do mention your desired course so your query can be addressed better.

Yes, but only if you are a reserved category student (SC/ST/PwD). For SC, the chances are pretty low. There is some chance if you are an ST, PwD student or have Armed Forces quota etc. Good luck.
