Yes you definetely applicable for du addmission but it's based on pursuing the course cut off.

Yes you can definitely get but depends upon ur course you want to pursue.... You can get into ba(hons) Hindi, sanskrit, punjabi easily and even in b.com(h) but in the last cut off.... As evening colleges has got 77 for b.com(h)... And many more

Yes, you can apply for DU admission 2019 in B. Com under a regular/general category. But getting admission in DU colleges with 75% under Regular/General category can be a little difficult as the least cut off that most colleges accept is only till 84%. Although if you are an OBC candidate and apply for admission under OBC category, then you can definitely get admission in one of the DU colleges. You just have to wait for the last cut off list and be patient. Make sure to carry your Category Certificate whilst getting admission in the college campus. The following colleges offer admission in commerce with/less than 'best of four' aggregate marks of 75%.

There is not major difference between general and OBC category students with the 12th percentage. For Bcom in DU, your best 4 subjects are considered that is one Language and 3 elective so if it makes to a decent percentage then you can have chances. Based on the above percentage you emntioned you have very less chances but you can keep your fingers crossed till the last cutoff round.

The college you get will be tier C/D college for bcom even if you could make it to the admission.

In order to take the admission in DU you should have the best four percentage more than 75% as a OBC category. So you can calculate your three academic subjects & English percentage. you can also check the cutoff with given below link.

With this percentage you have  less chance for the seats even in OBC category because merit is so high for good colleges .But you need to check the every du cut off for the same.
