I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot get admission in any medical college without Neet examination be it Madurai Medical college or any other Medical College

This is because,

Neet examination has been mandatory to qualify  for following courses

*Medical i.e MBBS

*Dental i.e BDS

*Ayush courses i.e BHMS, BAMS etc

*Veterinary i.e BVSc

So, Neet is the only gateway to all the medical colleges be it government or private , even if you want to get admission in foreign for your MBBS etc then you need to clear Neet examination so there's no way other than qualifying Neet.
