I have got 76 marks in mht-cet so I have admition to best engineer- ing college in maharashtra(mumbai) or navi mumbai or pune in category obc(Nt-B). so which college i got admission.

For top engineering colleges score if 76 in mht CET us not sufficient. Though you may get instrumentation branch or electronic engineering . For too colleges and CS or IT branch you need score of Minimum 150/200 in mht CET.
You may try in private colleges such as
Vivekananda institute of technology, Chembur Mumbai
Symbiosis University Pune
Thadomal college, bandra, Mumbai
K. J. Somaiya college, Mumbai
Cut off changes every year and depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off etc.
