Hello Ramesh.As you mentioned that your rank is 76325 it is very difficult to get CSE.Your rank is too high to join in CSE.And most importantly getting admission in any engineering college is based on your category.If you have any category like BC,SC,ST there might be a chance of getting admission.Unless it is very difficult to join CSE.
