i have got 77.20% in12th and 3990 rank in cg pet kya mujhe mechanical branch me govt. college mil sakta hai kya

Congratulations on your result. As per last year cutoff ranks, unfortunately you cannot get Mechanical at any of the Government Colleges through CGPET. Though you can try for other branches and colleges through CGPET.
