I have got 80.4% in CBSE with computer science & 79% in PCM.Am I eligible to apply for CS

Yes of course you are eligible but before that you have to undergo any national or state level entrance test on the basis of the rank which you achieve you will get opportunity accordingly.

Yes, u are eligible to apply for CSE. It has some weightage in the entrance exam ranking. You have to write an entrance exam according to the state and university you are interested in opting for. Based on the rank you get and the caste you belong to your college will be allowed.
