NIT Patna is a well known institute and has very good academics since the eligibility criteria for institute is a bit high and looking at the previous years cut-offs the rank needed to be eligible is greater. Dont loose your hopes because 2020 eligibility criteria of NIT institute may diifer from the previous one .

As per your question honestly you will not be able to grab your seats in NIT patna. As your percentile is around 80 % which means your rank would be around 1.5 lakh to 2 lakh. So this would not be enough for you to take admission in NIT patna.
