112 is too less marks honestly speaking to get a medical seat in government colleges eventhough being an ST candidate. Yes you have cleared the eligiibilty marks (40th percentile) which was 107 this year for ST category for neet qualification. But even private colleges look difficult at this marks. You may try for deemed universities under management quota or you can change ur mind and go for other courses like BAMS or BPT or think of a drop and come back stronger next year. Up-to you bro.
