Yes you can definitely apply for economics hons at Delhi universiry with these marks. But your individual marks for mathematics and commerce is also needed for the eligibility criteria. Also check the above link.

Hello!!!
Cut off of du starts from almost 90 percent . As your percentage is 83% ,thus you might not get into any college that comes under Delhi University. But don't lose hope, as there are other renowned govt owned colleges for commerce in North . In Chandigarh, GGDSD, college is quite appropriate and has a good rank for commerce courses.
