If you can score 84 marks in jee mains then most probably you can get private colleges only.These are-Galgotias college,Silicon,GL Bajaj,LPU,CV RAMAN,..
For top colleges your marks needs to be greater than 120 in jee mains.

it is decided on the basis of your rank and the cutoff rank for every iits varies every year
