It is difficult to predict the exact ranks currently as the April Jee Mains session has yet to take place and only the January JEE MAIN session has taken place. However, you can predict your expected rank by this formula:-
(100 - your total score) X 869010 /100.
If, however, the number of candidates for April exam get increased to another number, say,1200000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 1200000/100
In your case the rank comes out to be around 137633. Note that this is the General or All India Rank and not your category rank. Now, at this college getting a NIT or IIIT is very tough, probably only North eastern NITs would be available for a general category student. However, you can apply for state-level counselling and may get state level colleges at this score. As you haven't specified your category, gender and home state credentials which affect the chances of getting admission at any college, so I am answering your query in a generic way.
Now, with regards to your chances for JEE ADVANCED, As of now, it is difficult to predict the actual qualifying NTA score for JEE Advanced eligibility. However, if you have a percentile above 85-86 for any category student then you have a decent chance to qualify. Also, you should refer to the previous year JEE Main qualifying cutoff scores by NTA as follows to understand your chances:-
Common Rank List (CRL)
89.7548849
GEN-EWS
78.2174869
Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL)
74.3166557
Scheduled Caste (SC)
54.0128155
Scheduled Tribe (ST)
44.3345172
PwD
0.11371730
Therefore, looking at previous year's trends it is difficult for you to qualify for JEE Advanced if you are general category student. However, if your category is different, then you can understand your chances from the 2019 cutoff as discussed above.
Also, you have another opportunity to improve your results by performing better in the April attempt and I would advise you to concentrate on that and give it your best shot and try for state-level counselling process or good private colleges.
