I have got 86 in physics , 74 in maths and 65 in chemistry . Can i get a chance to get admission in bits ?

BITS conducts it's own entrance exam known as BITSAT. On the basis of performance in BITSAT only you can get into BITS Pilani, Goa, or Hyderabad. With these marks in 12th you can apply for many other colleges. Some of the college may consider your marks in JEE.

BITS are the best colleges in India after some IITs,you need to have good marks in bitsat as the competitive is very tough.

I think you have mentioned your BITSAT marks.

Based on your marks I think that Yes you can get chance to stufy in BITS,but you can get in dual degree program which is a 5 year program and you can get your desired branch based on your 1st year marks.

• Dual degree will give you two degrees one of Btech and Bsc,companies also pay more for dual degrees.
• You can also choose Btech in BITS Hyderabad but you will probably get branches like chemical engineering or mechanical engineering.

But I will suggest you to take branch based on your choice.

Bits Pilani is the best college among all the bits college

But if you don't want to take dual degree then don't take admission in Bits as it will be very difficult because at the end of third year you will be studying for two degrees which is very strenuous and also difficult.

I also have scored 154 in BITSAT but was unable to get admission because cutoff was very high for that.

Moreover Bits fees for dual degree is very huge,you need to pay around 30 lakhs to get dual degree.

I will suggest you that if you are getting admission in your preffered branch then don't wait for it and take admission,but if you are getting admission in some branch in which you are not interested then don't take it.

You can check your college on college predictor of this website which will helo you to analyze which is the branch in which yiu can get admission.

I will give you advise based on my experience as I have seen many studious person end up getting branch in good College in which they are not interested.

KNOWLEDGE MATTERS,COLLEGE DOESN'T MATTER.

BITS doesn't determine your 12th marks. You also need to pass your 12th marks. Bits is based on their exam. You need to score 280+ to secure good seat in BITS college with core branches.
