The cutoff of last year for qualifying for jee advanced were as follows-
Common Rank List-89.7548849
Gen EWS-78.2174869
OBC NCL-74.3166557
SC-54.0128155
ST-44.3345172
PWD-0.11371730
and you have obtained 86 percentile in jee mains being an obc candidate. This states that you have successfully qualified for jee advanced now have option for either to focus on jee mains April for improvement or to study for jee advanced and get better colleges.
As far as colleges are concerned-
For detailed prediction of which NIT or other GFTIs you may get on the basis of this result please use CAREER360's jee mains college predictor at-

You may also use the rank formula-
(100 - your total score) X 869010 /100 . If the number of candidates for April exam increased to 1200000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 1200000/100
