i have got 86.87 percentile and my CRL Rank is 149462 and OBC rank is 45405 which colleges can i get admission please reply

I consider that you gave this data of JEE MAINS. With a percentile of 86.87 you cannot get a seat in the top ranked NITs but you can try in the lower ranked NITs like NIT meghalaya, NIT Agartala and many more.
