Hello Aspirant,
The exact prediction would be difficult regarding your admission possibilities based on your percentile. But based on this percentile the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.
You can try for the state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana, MP Etc.. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
To know your admission possibilities in state level counselling you can use JEE Main college predictor tool given below.

Good Luck!
Your rank can be predicted by using the formula, (100-your total percentile)*869010/100. In your case, your approximate rank would be 104281 . Let's say the number of candidates for April exam increased to 12,00,000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 12,00,000/100.
Now with this rank, even with OBC reservation, either a NIT or a IIIT are difficult. You might qualify for JEE Advanced expecting the qualifying percentile for JEE Advanced is 85 and above. But NIT or IIIT are difficult to be honest with you. With this rank, you might have a shot at Private Colleges.Few of them might be:
Shiv Nadar
Amity University
ABES Engineering College
Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology

HELLO AVINASH
Congratulations for your result and You have a very decent chance of qualifying JEE mains!!
NOw it is very difficult to predict the actual rank since it depends on various factors. BUt your expected rank comes out to be 104281. The expected rank might change depending on the no of candidates appearing the april session.
now coming to your question it is very difficult for you to get into NITS or IIITs with the present percentile> bUt do not worry as you have an april attempt left and advance which means IITs are still waiting for you so you can just work hard and get into IIT instead of IIIT.
Now if you are curious to know which college you might get into with your present percentile the n you can use a tool called as college predictor which has following features
