I can't rule out your chances of getting a seat in Amrita University , however you'll be facing a havey competition since there are many students who are looking to get a seat through JEE mains quota rather than AEEE rank quota. I think you can indeed get a seat in amrita campus since you have a good JEE mains percentile.
