i have got 90% in 12th and i am in OBC category.....will i b able to get BA admission in top college of DU?

You have not mentioned which subject you want to know about in BA(hons) and which college exactly as du has several courses and several colleges like for Miranda House the BA(English) cutoff is 96.75-98.50 and for BA(Bengali) cutoff is 56.58 which are expected cutoff.
