In India, Management Quota seats are available in Private Medical Colleges and Deemed Universities. Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. And for appearing for State Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State. Or else the only other option is through Management Quota. And for Deemed Universities, you need to participate in All India Counselling. And for registering and participating in Counselling process, you need to qualify in NEET 2020. For the year 2020, the cut offs have been as follows for various Categories:
General Category/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129
With a score of 90, irrespective of your Category, you do not qualify in NEET and so unfortunately cannot take admission even if it is under Management Quota. But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good. That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021.
