Hello,
Chances are low unless you belong to Northeast states where cutoff generally goes low.But do participate in the councelling as sometimes during the special rounds,due to vacancy of seats,students with around your rank too are alloted seats.
Best of luck;
Your rank (CRL) is to be calculated by following formula:
rank= (100-percentile)* Total no of student appeared in exam/100
As per the formula, your CRL rank is coming out to be 86901 approximately, where total no. of student appeared in the exam is 869010 . As per previous year trend your OBC rank is in the range of 25000 - 30000 .
With this rank you may get NITs with the help of home state quota and as you mentioned you belong to OBC, you may get good branches also.
