According to a data, the number of students who have given JEE mains paper 2 is 1,45,386 only. Percentile value of 91 means that the marks you have scored in the exam is greater than that of 91% of students that have given the exam and you are behind 9% of the students. So taking 9% of total number of students appeared in the examination ,you will get your rank which will be around 13,085 .
