I have got 91.25 percentile score and an actual score of 35 (I belong to bc) in tancet mca. What college will I get in coimbatore? Can I apply for counseling?

Yes you can apply for counselling. As per your marks and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get as per your TANCET MCA marks are:-
St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, Chennai
Jaya Group of Institutions
Excel group of Institutions
RMD Engineering College
For coimbatore you have less chance of getting any college.
