I have got 92.02 percentile and25370 as OBC rank and I am a girl can I get seats nit Hamirpur??

I see that you have got a rank of 25370 in OBC category in females quota. But you haven't mentioned that you are home state or other state.
If you are home state then you can easily get a branch in 5-6 round.
If you are other state , then it would be quite hard to get a seat in nit Hamirpur.
