As per previous year cutoffs with a rank of 75500,you can get the following NITs with your preferred branches;

National Institute of Technology, Agartala (Mechanical Engineering)
National Institute of Technology, Goa (Mechanical Engineering)
National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur (Mechanical Engineering)
National Institute of Technology, Meghalaya (Mechanical Engineering)
