Yes, there is high probability that you can grab a seat in Hindu college, in your desired course. You can check the previous year cutoffs on the official du website www.du.ac.in

Most probably yes you can get into st Stephens, you should apply for it but since it's a minority college and conducts interview session once you hv cleared the cutoff, I can't assure you about the admission. But since are from reserved category I feel their is high hope you will get there.
