I have got 94.3 percentile and I'm obc boy can I get seat into nit warangal my home state

NIT Warangal is one of the best NIT college in the country hence it's cutoffs are very high. Even having the advantage of state quota you need to have a rank below 5k in order to get a seat in the college. Though you might get seat in low level NITs with this percentile but you have to compromise with your choice of subjects.
