I have got 95.61 percentile in my cet 2019. Which college is best for me for computer engineering ?

According to your percentile, your rank would be-
2,76,166 * 0.0439 = 12,124
With this rank, it will not be possible for you to get CS in one of the top colleges like COEP, VIT or WCE but, I would suggest you go for MHT CET 2019 counselling which will only increase your chance of getting a government college or a reputed private college.
