Congratulations for the results. Hope you are doing well. The chances of admission depends on various factors such as your category, home state, number of students applied for that particular college,etc.

Though you will get admission in BIT,Mesra but you have to compromise with the branch as you will not be able to get a very good branch. You can get a seat in this college with the branches like

B.Tech Production Engineering

B.Tech Civil Engineering

B.Tech Polymer and Plastic Engineering

B.Tech Chemical Engineering

B.Tech Biotechnology Engineering

There are some chances of you getting BTech in mechanical engineering also .

The above branches are based on the previous year cutoff.

Taking into account your rank and assuming that you are a general category candidate, it will be very difficult for you to get any branch at BIT Mesra, I would recommend you to look for some other college.

The Central Admission Board conducted the Uttar Pradesh Engineering Entrance Exam (UPSEE) on April 21, 2019. The answer keys have been released. The candidates have to apply via the online mode by filling the application form. The candidates could also register as EWS candidates and the candidates who had already registered before March 15th were also allowed to change their category to EWS.
