It also depends on the rank to get seat in good colleges. With 96 percentile you are eligible for best Barch colleges.

Yes. It's called AAT i.e. architecture aptitude test. It is conducted by the top IITs and it's center falls in the campus only. There are 7 top IITs hence 7 centers.
It's window opens for a really short time shortly after the mains result , which this year would be after may. So keep ur eyes open for it. The forms would be available on jee advanced site itself.
