Most of the top college like SRCC,Hindu college,Hansraj college seats are already full with 97 percent above in third cutoff.
Based in your percentage you might get admission in Ramjas College.

However,the best colleges always have cutoff as high as 98 percent*for general category).But you can get seats in the subsequent cutoffs.The colleges that you may get at your score are-Sri Venkateswara College,Sri ram college of Commerce,Hansraj College,Ramjas College.

Hey,
for bcom programme the cut offs are less so most probably you will get Ramjas College of north campus. But for bcom honours good colleges at this cut off are- sri guru gobind Singh college of commerce, guru tegh bahadur college, Delhi college of arts and commerce, etc.
