I have got 97 marks in mhcet law entrance ,is there any chance to get ils Pune, glc mumbai
I would also like to tell that the the candidates who have scored 104 in MH CET LAW 5 year can hope for getting a seat in these two institutes.
Dear Durgesh Nandini,
There are 240 seats in both the institutes mentioned by you for BALLB course, and there is 50% reservation for SC, SBC, ST, NT, VJNT and OBC category candidates of Maharashtra. It means there are just 240 seats in total, available for General catergory cadidates. 103 Maharashtra States (MS) candidates have scored more than you and 253 Other than Maharashtra State (OMS) candidates have better score than you. apart from this 12 from MS and 17 OMS candidates have exactly scored 97 marks. One more thing that the candidates who have scored better than you or equqal to you belong to Open category, barring one OBC candidate. This fact makes your chance of getting a seat at ILS Pune and GLC really very tough. but you can rest assured that you'll get a good institute as you have scored really well. I hope it helps!
The expected cut off for admission in ILS, PUNE is a range of 110-145 marks and gor Government law college, Mumbai is around 130-145.
Considering your rank you seem to have less chances for admission in these two institutions.
Best of luck!
