I have got 98 marks in Assam CEE . And I belong to OBC category. Will i be able to get any seat in JEC in any branch ? My rank is 1670

As per your rank in CEE 2019 , you definitely have chances to get a seat in JEC.
But definitely you won't be able to make it to AEC.
Also, it's a bit difficult for you to get top/best branches in JEC, however you will get a decent branch in JEC.

Hello Rohan.Bsed on your marks scored in Assam CEE Exam and your OBC Category you can get a seat in JEC which is Jorhat Engineering College.Because the cut off for OBC ranges around 97 or 96. All the best.Please go through the following link for more details.
