Sorry to say this but with that rank you cannot get into any college.
You have hardly qualified eamcet though if you belong to scheduled castes you may get into civil or mechanical branches in colleges like spoorthy engineering college etc...,

I am sorry to tell you but I don't think that with a rank of 98433 in TS EAMCET you will be able to get a seat in Hyderabad in CIV CSE. I would advice you to look for some other college for admission where you have a sure chance. I hope this information was helpful!
