98.78 percentile score is a good score.
With this percentile score your approximately rank will be more than 10000-12000.( Will change depending upon April exam and strength).
And with this rank you will definitely get a good nit with core branch ( depending upon your category and state ).
You can check last year's cut offs for specific college you want and have an idea about the ranks.
But I would suggest you to work for the April exam if you are giving and try to improve this score so that you have many options with you .
