As per your mentioned rank I am assuming in general category is 989 and as you have mention in girls quota it is 400. I think you can get admissions into good government colleges. Although UPSEE ranks are accepted in mostly all colleges but their cutoffs do vary for each of colleges. Your rank in girls quota is quite impressive so even if the cutoffs are difficult you will have chances of getting selected in the later rounds.
