I have got 99.02 percentile in Jee Mains and my rank is 11331 (general category). Can I get admission in NIT college with CS and IT branch?

With your mentioned rank you have high chances of getting CS/IT branches at the newer NITs ( NIT Arunachal, NIT Nagaland, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Delhi etc) and non core branches at the old NITs.
