I have got 99.4 percentile in Jee mains January( Gen category female) (Home state: Gujarat). Which good colleges can I get using this score?

First of all, congratulations for getting such a good percentile. Your general rank would be around 5,000.
You may easily get NIT and IIITs .You can get your choice of branch in any of the NIT except NIT Warangal, Trichy, Surathkal and MNNIT Allahabad. In fromer three you will not get CSE, ME, ECE. But you can opt Allahabad for Mechanical or ECE.
Also you can apply for DTU (Delhi Technical University) one of the good colleges for engineering. You can easily get CSE in DTU.
In NIT Warangal and NIT Surathkal you may get Mechanical and CSE respectively, but in the last round! It might be risky to wait for 7th round and hope for your choice in these NIT's.
But if you want to go for CSE branch in any NIT, you should go for Rourkela, Calicut, MNIT Jaipur, MANIT Bhopal.
