I have got 99.51 percentile in JEE(MAINS) 2020. I want to get admitted in a good NIT in B.Tech( Computer Science Engineering). I am from Kolkata. In which colleges may l get a chance to admit?

As you got 99.51 percentile in Jee mains January Session 2020, your expected rank would be 4258. It can be increased if the no. Of candidates increase in the April Session. As you want admission in Computer Science so based on your rank and according to previous years' cutoff you can expect NIT Rourkela, Nagpur, Jaipur, Delhi, Calicut.
